How we calculate extra discounts
The system places discount levels on your account automatically, based on your order history.
Anytime you log in you will automatically see your discount level.
If you are at a higher discount level your price break shifts one step up.
(order: 1 USD = score: 1 point)
<10,000 = Member level 0, No discount
>10,000 = Member level 1, 2% off discount
>100,000 = Member level 2, 4% off discount
>1,000,000= Member level 3, 6% off discount
At member level 3 you get the best price, regardless of quantity.
How to get extra wholesale discounts
I am a good customer can you give me even better prices?
Answer: Regular eachgame.com buyers will be able to take advantage of special discounts.
If your total order history exceeds US10000, then you will be “Member level 1” and you will be automatically promoted to eachgame.com’s special discount. You will automatically receive new price breaks on any product.
As you level up, the large-quantity price breaks become available to you in smaller quantities.
By level 3, you can buy a single piece sample for the same price that standard buyers only get if they’re buying 50 or more pieces.
There’s no need for wholesale supplier contracts, pre-payment, or lengthy discussions: it is straight forward and open to all, just like everything on eachgame.com!
Large Order Quotations
The price break indicated online is normally at 100 to 200 pieces. What if you want to order A LOT MORE? Can eachgame.com give you a good quote?

Of course we can get you better prices for large volume orders.
If you are interested in a quote for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:
- The item code and description
- The order quantity
- Desired timeframe
- Any special packaging instructions
With this information we will get back to you with a quote for the product price. Shipping costs/ logistics arrangements would need to be discussed in more detail for large orders.
How much tax to pay
Customs clearance and import tax in destination country.
Eachgame prices are FOB prices. Therefore, please note that all customs clearance issues and import tax in destination country are buyer's responsiblity. If anything Eahgame can help, you can feel free to contact us.
Do I have to pay import duties on products sent from eachgame.com?
Answer: Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Eachgame.com is not responsible for customs costs incurred. You must find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from eachgame.com. In most countries the actual origin of the goods is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. However you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country. Eachgame.com cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. We can only declare the value of the shipped goods at a nominal value (see below), which may be fully taxable.
Items shipped from eachgame.com will be declared at the lowest nominal market price as a standard assumption. This market price is based on the manufacturing origin and might not be reflective of how much the item will cost you if bought in your local retail market.

Payment Methods: How Can I Pay for a eachgame.com Order?
- We only accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Western Union (more than 1,000USD)
- Other methods of payment are not accepted.
- All payments must be in full, in advance.
- No taxes are added by eachgame.com.
How to Pay for eachgame.com Orders by Bank Transfer?
Please note: Bank transfer means the same as Wire Transfer or Telegraphic transfer(T/T). You are instructing your bank to send money electronically.
Step 1 – Create an Order.
1.Register an eachgame.com wholesale buying account to be able to login.
2.Use the online shop system at eachgame.com to place an order.
3.Completing the checkout sequence will save your order (cart contents including shipping fee) and generate an invoice ID/”order number” (The order number is stored in your summary of past orders.)
4.Use the order number when you make your bank transfer and when you make enquiries about the status of your order.
Step 2 – Instruct your bank to make the transfer
When you go to your bank you will need the following information:
1. The total amount to pay
Please print your order summary and give it to the bank. Click here for instructions about printing your online invoices.
You can submit payment in any currency.
Banks often charge fees for international transfers. You are responsible for your bank’s fees. It is important to ask how much your bank will charge for the transfer and add it to the remitted total. If you do not add it, the fee will be deducted from the transferred money and you won’t have paid enough for your order.
2. Add order comments:
- your order number
- your name/email address
- your company name
- your delivery address
- and other instructions related to the ordered items.
It will help the bank if you give them the order comments in printed form. Please note if you send us money with no order number it may be impossible for use to process your order immediately because we will be unable to match your payment to your order. You must quote your order number with your bank transfer.
Please send the payment in the same currency as your order in eachgame.com
If you are paying in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) please fax us your transfer confirmation as HSBC does not always notify us of incoming HKD payments.
Step 3 – after submitting payment
If you have already made a bank payment to our HSBC account, please allow time for payments to go through:
2-4 working days for the banks to complete the transaction, depending on the bank
1 working day for eachgame.com to process your payment and match it to an order.
You will receive an email from eachgame.com to confirm that we have begun processing your order for delivery.
If you are sure you have successfully transferred payment and have not received the processing notification in five business days, please email or fax us with your order number and full details of your bank transfer and we will check on the order status.
Once your order is in processing, please allow 3-5 days for processing and dispatch.

We do not add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.
In most countries there are taxes on imported goods. Goods under a certain value or in a particular category may not incur taxes. The rules vary depending on the country.
We cannot offer advice about taxes in your country, as the buyer it is your responsibility to find tax information prior to ordering.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the packages from china. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
If you find out information about the import tax in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminated them all together) WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.f you don't tell us anything we will just state on the shipping waybill the "China Nominal Retail Value" and the goods will be declared as Samples.
