Burn-in Skills:
For newly-bought headphone, the sound will be hard. The diaphragms of the speakers will take some time to soft down.
1. Pay attention to the decibel, usually 50%-60% db will be better.
2. Also to the style of the music, diffrent style music will make the speakers richer. 3. For burn-in time, usually 2-3 days is enough.

Q1:Completely silent
A1:
1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the left ear cup and insert two AAA batteries. Make sure the positive and negative ends are facing the correct direction as shown. Close the compartment cover. Then turn on the Power Switch on the right ear cup.
2. Connect one end of the either included cable to the headphone (it's NOT WIRELESS Bluetooth headphone).
3. Connect the other end of the cable to your phone to check whether the audio output of your device works normally, you can also check it with your MP3 player.
4. If there's still no sound, then the headphone is deficient.

Q2: Unable To Use
A2:

4. Check if the cable plug is inserted correctly, or if it is inserted into the socket fully.
5. INCOMPATIBLE with Android system.
6. Make sure whether you have pulled the cable with excessive force, so you lost one channel. Make sure whether it is man-made defect or quality defect.
7. If there's still only one channel, then the headphone is broken.

Q4:Poor quality
A4: The price is rather cheap, so you can't imagine the quality is the same as the one sold on Monster Beats's website. It is difficult to cater for all tastes. If you really do not like it, you can turn to buy a $650 one.
